Room Tip: any because these owners are very concious of cleanliness

Fantastic friendly owners, room clean, bright, warm and tastefully decorated.
Plenty of milk/coffee/biscuits/mints.
Clean fluffy towels.
5 mins to the beach, we found some lovely steps to sit and watch the boats :-)

FANTASTIC!

Love it, so much so it's made me want to move to cleethorpes!

Thanks we will be back when we go house hunting.

We stayed here as a family for just 1 night, booked 3 rooms, all were very clean and modern with good showers. There is a good selection for breakfast and it was cooked well. The host is very friendly and welcoming. I would stay again.
Slight & only niggle -- only 4 tea bags & 4 milks, per room, seems a shame!

Room Tip: We had room 5 which had a double & a single bed. Room 3 is small for a double and room 4 a lovel...

Thank you for the positive review and we are glad that you enjoyed your stay. It is however a real pity that you did not ask for more tea bags and milk at the time. Had you done so would have found that we would have been only too happy to supply you with more and at the same time would have apologised for the simple oversight by the chambermaid.

Stayed at Arlana guest house for just one night with my partner. It was a last minute decision and we were both pleasantly suprised as soon as we walked through the door. It's decorated lovely and the rooms are really cosy and nicely set out. We both slept like babies. The breakfast in the morning was gorgeous too (we both had hangovers from the night before so a full English went down a treat) I would definately recommend this guest house to anyone thinking of visiting cleethorpes in the near future as its definately worth the money. I know ill be back :)

We stayed for just one night but we can honestly say its one of the best guest houses we have stayed in. The room was clean and modern and colleen was really helpful and welcoming. Although the winter weather was in full swing our room was warm and comfortable. The breakfasts are served to a time that suits you and were spot on. Will be travelling back as soon as the summer comes back and looking forward to it .

I stayed at this hotel in the summer and expetcted the usual standard seaside guest house, this was a very nice surprise. The rooms are very stylishly decorated, and very comfortable. My family of 4 were accomdated in a family room, which was admittedly a little tight but perfectly fine. Breakfast was excellent, the owner was very friendly, and very patient with my kids who had never stayed in a hotel before. 2 minutes away from the train station and beach, would definately recommend to anyone travelling to Cleethorpes
