We had an overnight stay here for the third time in 2 months. It's very clean, the service is excellent. We ate in the attached Brewers Fayre which was fairly busy with some large tables and unfortunately go put in a small area with several loud children and when you don't have children with you it's nice to sit in a quiet area! One couple asked to move and they got moved maybe we should have done the same! The fire alarm went off just as I got to sleep but nobody seemed to do anything! These minor things didn't distract from our enjoyment of the Inn.

Just stayed here for the one night. My first stay in a Premier Inn and it definitely won't be the last. Spotlessly clean, spacious room. Really friendly staff. Ate in the on-site restaurant (Haven). Reasonable prices and reasonable food but not brilliant. The actual hotel is credit to the chain

It was clean, staff helpful, rooms spacious and for value for money can't beat it. There is resturant/pub next door with children's area. Would stay here again if I was in the area.
Location wise it's very convientient.

One room not suitable as at twin room for 2 sons over 6 feet tall as one of the beds was a sofa bed. Other room very close to the A180 and very noisy even with the window closed. Breakfast was good and rooms were clean and tidy.

Stayed here for a couple of nights for work. Grimsby is grim but the good thing with a premier inn is that you know what to expect.
The Haven pub at the side was good for food and drinks with friendly helpful service.

Only downside was that the gent on reception seemed to struggle I smile, apart from that it did what it said on the tin!

I stay at Premier Inns all over the UK and the high quality of the reception staff is one of the reasons I keep coming back but the bloke on reception when I arrived the other night was awful - he argued that I had got my colleague's name wrong even though I have booked hundreds of rooms for him and the Premier Inn system autocompletes it - even refusing to read the reservation on my phone which clearly shows it! He then allocated my colleague a room which he was more than a little surprised to find was already occupied - what a huge security breach, on returning to reception the receptionist greeted him with a shrug and as a complete inconvenience, no apology just more attitude - Brewer's Fare next door is ok but nothing special.... I know Premier Inn is normally much better than this, so this level of customer care is just not good enough.

Although the approach to the Motel is through an industrial area, the journey was worth it. We spent a comfortable night with everything we needed and ate next door at the Brewer's fare. Staff were friendly and obliging and we found no fault, just praise for a good night. The only negative was the lack of a lift which makes getting large bags upstairs a little challenging.
