Lovely hotel, only saw one member of staff but he was very polite and friendly, first time I've stayed in hotel, hubby booked a twin bedroom by mistake but that didn't matter just meant we had our own space for a night. Very clean lovely en-suite and shower, lovely breakfast served,in the morning

Room Tip: Comfortable beds, clean hotel, free EE Lovely clean hotel, comfy beds, free wifi, large car p...

Found this hotel helpful from the moment I walked in.
The hotel looks small on the outside but once you’re in you will see it goes a long way back, car parking not an issue with loads of space. I booked a double room for myself which could have been a little bigger but was clean and then price paid was happy with.
Only had the burger at the bar and this was home-made and very tastily. Staff do go out of their way to please. Breakfast all the things you would expect.
For the Footie persons (like me) No Sky sports/Sports
Restaurants nearby none (a few take always nearby)
Lastly in the middle between Cleethorpes & Grimsby

Room Tip: Check price on web site will price match any you find else where.

Only stayed one night, but they got us into our room just after lunch on arrival as our party was early in afternoon, so we could get ready. Pulled out all the stops. Nice and quiet throughout night. Breakfast in nice area, and great full English. Customer service was excellent. My only criticism is the bathroom, very clean apart from rubber under glass on shower and definitely a new shower head needed, it leaks back down itself. Also the towels could also double as exfoliators! Apart from that brilliant.

It seems to have had a changer of ownership or management since our last stay. The room we had this time was much larger than previously but it seems that it had had half an upgrade and needed finishing. The room was clean and had most things that you would need.Breakfast was well cooked and had virtually everything one would expect

The room was very good, excellent size. Bathroom was nicely done.
The hotel seems to run on minimal staff, therefore a bell on reception would be useful when checking in or out.
Breakfast was reasonable...no toast offered so ask!
Hey it was only £75 for BB in July!

Room Tip: Some of the rooms aren't connected and you have to walk around or outside the building. Check th...

We have recently spent a three night stay in the Beeches , the location was great for us as our reason for the stay was to visit with friends who live locally to the hotel. The public rooms are very pleasant and the staff are always very helpful and polite. Our room however was very small very little passing room and even less in the shower room. It was however clean and bright but I ail to understand why hotels insist in only having windows open 2 or 3 inches . Would we stay again? yes good value for money.

Room Tip: Not room 4

We have stayed here over the last 9 years and it was owned by a family and run very nicely. It was clean and nicely kept now been taken over and was no better than a cheap hotel like an Ibis or Premier in. Recently stayed at an Ibis and it was better than this. Rubber bath mat was black and now instead of individual soap and bits you get a big plastic bottle stuck on the wall. Breakfast was basic and the cooked breakfast was hot and good. So disappointing.

Room Tip: The rooms at the back are best but not 16 it was dark and noisy from kitchen fan.
