My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights in Feb and it was absolutely idyllic! We had such a lovely relaxing break. Ate there both nights as the food was just simply super. There's nothing we'd change and we definitely plan on coming back!!

Just spent two nights at the Old Dairy Farm, What a wonderful place this is. Pam and Paul a really nice people and make you feel like family, very warm and welcoming. We stayed in room 3, we'll recommended it is well furnished and very cosy.
The food cooked by Pam is quality and we'll worth the money, breakfast was fab with plenty on offer, evening meal was really good with a good selection on the menu we'll worth the price they charge. Went into Hawes and they were asking 10 Pound for simple fish and chips in the local pubs. The food Pam puts up is quality and delicious with that homely feeling. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Both Paul an Pam really care about their guests and make you feel at home. Julie and I will return and will recommend this lovely place without hesitation.

The Old Dairy Farm is set in beautiful peaceful surroundings in the heart of the Yorkshire dales. We have been lucky enough to enjoy the hosting skills of Paul and Pam from their days at the Blacksmiths Table restaurant in Washington over the years and this is what made our stay so welcoming.

We were greeted to fresh coffee and cake on arrival and then a tour of the rooms. There are only 3 rooms so we had the whole place to ourselves. The rooms are beautifully decorated with good quality fixtures and fittings and overall they are very comfortable.

That evening Paul looked after us catering to our every whim while Pam cooked up a storm in the kitchen creating some delicious meals. Breakfast was also a great success and a great way to start the day.

I would highly recommend anyone to visit- looking forward to a return visit in the future.

My fiance and I stayed at the Old Dairy Farm for 2 nights in September on a Living Social deal and had a wonderful weekend. Paul and Pam are excellent hosts, we had a lovely room, superb food and great company.
When we arrived Paul actually came out to greet us, which was a nice touch and when he took us through to the lounge and offered us tea, coffee and cake, we thought this most welcoming.
We instantly took a liking to Paul as he is funny and straight talking, which we both appreciate in people. We had upgraded to room 3, which was clean, comfortable and has a wonderful double jacuzzi bath, which was great to relax in with a glass of wine, together with a separate shower. We decided to eat in the restaurant on both evenings as we just wanted to relax and didn't want to have to worry about taxis etc. and we were so glad we did. The whole dining experience was fabulous. The food is exquisite and there is plenty of it, the wine list is good and reasonably priced and the service was very efficient, Paul makes a great maitre d'. On both evenings, after dinner we sat in the lounge area with Pam and Paul to have a drink, good conversation and a right laugh, which was so refreshing. Breakfast the next morning was just as good as the evening before, our eggs benedict were cooked to perfection and once again Paul entertained us.
We asked Paul about places where we could have a good walk and he suggested Ingleton Falls, which isn't far away and is a four and a half mile walk through woodland, hills and passes numerous waterfalls, which we thought were quite spectacular.
I could go on and on about how good this place is, but you should just experience it for yourself as you won't regret it. We have recently spent several weekends away at various Marriott Hotels, which were not great, which my other trip advisor reviews have expressed, and can happily say that our stay at the Old Dairy Farm was our most relaxing and enjoyable.
It was sad to leave on the Sunday as we had had such a good time and we left having made new friends. All I can say to Pam and Paul is keep it up and we will see you again in the New Year. Thankyou for a great weekend.

Room Tip: Room 3 is just great, although the other rooms also looked nice, but we will be staying in room 3 ag...

Enjoyed a night in the cottage which is very spacious with lovely bathroom and good bed. It had flooded that morning and Paul had done his best to mitigate the damage. A bit of discount would have been welcome! Very nice to be served tea and cake on arrival.

The food was ok. Perhaps a more limited menu and higher quality would be beneficial, especially as it is so far out of Hawes that there isn'e much choice. Because of this I felt that overall it ended up quite expensive for the experience.

Just got home after 2 nights at The Old Dairy Farm, we ate both nights in the restaurant, the food is superb, as is the service, Paul and Pam are excellent hosts, the rooms are lovely, everything you could possibly want is provided, we stayed in Room 1, the shower is fab. Will definitely be back. Even though it was very wet during our stay, we had a lovely break, thanks to Paul and Pam

The Old Dairy Farm is fantastic. Paul is most welcoming and the tea and cake was much appreciated after a long walk. We stayed in room 3 which was so chilling. We also ate both nights in the restaurant and Pam' s cooking was excellent. Our friends stayed for 1 night in the cottage.
The ODF is a gem and we hope to be back in the near future.

Room Tip: Room 3 because the only room with a bath we think. We suspect all rooms are excellent.
