In general, I would agree with the other positive comments, but specifically would say...
Cleanliness wasn't as good as it could be; there were cobwebs where there shouldn't have been.
The hamper was a nice welcome, but going by the information provided, they no longer include some items which is a shame.
The site's "Sanctuary" where there is internet access, daily newspapers and tea/coffee would be good, if only it was open - I went twice and it was shut both times.
Efforts are being made to provide greater privacy between the first few lodges with planting, but this should have been done long ago. It will take years for the trees to provide acceptable cover.
Talkling of trees and cover, some lodges are fairly restricted in their views because of trees which is a shame.
Definately recommend though and we plan to return again.More
