Had a wonderful time on our weekend away at the streonshalh b+b debbie and kevin were great hosts they had a full knowledge of information about the area as to what to do and where to eat and drink. We stopped in one of the front bedrooms with lovely veiws over the bay. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was smashing with fresh fruit.cereals and a full english a great start to the day. We will ceartainly come back again.

As soon as i arrived at streonshalh, I was warmly welcomed by Kevin. He showed me to my room which was very clean and cosy. The room was very spacious with an extremely comfortable bed and a lovely ensuite shower! The breakfast was fantastic! it was cooked by Debbie and filled me up for most of the day. i thought that the fresh fruit to start with was a lovely touch. The information supplied by Debbie and Kevin of places to visit and eat was very helpful. Can't wait to stay there again!!

The words love at first sight entered my mind as we pulled up to the old victorian home. It is beautifully kept, with antiques and a pretty garden.
We were warmly greeted by Kevin as soon as we rung the bell. He lead us to our room, seemed quite well informed about what was around in terms of restaurants and points of interest. The room was cosy with a stunning view of the Yorkshire Moors and the bay. My Husband and I were very impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail that we felt made the room very warm and relaxing.
The breakfast was second to none. A gorgeous fresh fruit salad to start. Also tea, coffee and orange juice, along with either toast and cereal or a full cooked english breakfast.
Hubby and I would not hesitate to book a room at The Streonshalh again.

We stayed for 2 nights at Streonshalh B&B which is run by Debbie and Kevin. Didn't actually meet Debbie, but assume it was she who prepared the lovely breakfast every morning. The B&B is in a good location and from the top floor front room where we stayed you can see the sea and hills around the bay. The room we had was a good size, the bathroom was very well fitted out and sparklingly clean.

Kevin is very friendly and gives advice on where to eat or drink. and was very approachable when asked anything. The breakfasts are very good, to start there is a lovely fruit bowl of chopped fresh fruit, then cereal, and full breakfast with toast. There is a great attention to detail and customer service, and the fire in the morning in the breakfast room is a nice touch. Not that we needed this as the weather was glorious, bright and sunny for the 3 days we were there.

Streonshalh has not yet had a review on Trip Adviser. Debbie and Kevin have only been running it since last year, and it seems pretty popular, but think it is too good to keep to myself.
