Caffe Tirreno is a regular filling station for me, my climbing mates and my girlfriend. It's an informal dining experience with a menu to rival any quality restaurant, exceptional value for money means you can enjoy your meal knowing that it's not costing a bomb. The only problem is though, it's nearly always packed full of people not only dinning but queuing to dine. However, I've never had to wait any more than 35 minutes (usually only 10-15) and they have no objections to you taking a seat in the pub next door with a drink and a waiter will come and grab you once a table is ready. It's a small venue that's always full to the brim but I think that speaks volumes about the food and it's value. Always worth the wait. I recommend the Pizza Carnivora.
