“The perfect holiday base...”
Reviewed 16 September 2013 for a stay in September 2013

This is a lovely cosy holiday cottage of good quality and with all the home comforts plus little extras provided by the owner. Welcome goodies also much appreciated! Ideal cottage for dog owners too. Peaceful location but close to the two restaurants in the village and 5 mins walk to seafront general store. An ideal touring base for exploring up and down the coast and inland. Fabulous wide sandy beaches - perfect for days on the beach or long walks. The Coastal Path is well marked and great for exploring on foot - you can walk to Seahouses, Bamburgh, Newton by the Sea easily, much of it along the beach if you prefer. Very dog friendly area - can use the beaches, lots of shops and restaurants welcome dogs, can join you on boat trips etc. Option of local dog crèche for when too hot or you need free time.

“A wonderful week”
Reviewed 12 August 2013 for a stay in August 2013

The house is lovely and has everything you could possibly want. Centrally located in the village next to restaurants and close to beach.

A welcoming 'goody pack' for ourselves and even treats for our dog were extremely appreciated.

Would definately go back.

“Amazing 5 Star Property at a 3 Star Price”
Reviewed 18 March 2013 for a stay in March 2013

I have just returned from a stay at St Ebba's Peep and was immediately compelled to write a positive review.

The owner Julie took care of every little touch and even provided us with a welcome pack including useful numbers and places of interest for the week (plus wine and cookies to greet you with). The house is beautifully finished from top to bottom and much larger than the photographs suggest. We travelled in a group of 6 (2 couples and 2 singles) as our friends were getting married in nearby Newton Hall.

Closely situated to a number of north east attractions, with Beadnell itself being perfectly charming, St Ebba's is ideal for groups such as ours or families.

We will be back again soon. Thanks Julie

“Great Again”

We came back to St EbbasPeep again this year. This is not something we like to do - go back to the same place. However we were 2 couples plus our elderly father. The beauty of St EbbasPeep is the flexibility of the accommodation. My father was able to have a downstairs bedroom with bathroom virtually en suite adjacent. Looking throughout Northumberland and Cumbria it was almost impossible to find a 3 bed cottage with one of the bedrooms on the ground floor. The accommodation is first class and with free wifi added this year it is just ideal.Oops nearly forgot it was us and 1 dog. He was also made very welcome with his own welcome pack. Beadnell is smashing with 2 pub/ restaurants within 2 minutes walk, the beach 5 mins and Bamburgh, Alnwick etc etc a short drive.

“Fantastic Accommodation”

We have just returned from a family holiday staying at St Ebba's Peep for a week. There was 6 adults and our dog and the facilities and accommodation were faultless. All of the rooms were an ideal size, clean, comfortable with home from home touches. On arrival a welcome pack was included for the adults as well as the dog....this is how much thought has gone into making your holiday and stay as welcoming as possible. We are very familiar to the area as my husband had spent most of his childhood holidays there each year, the coast line in this part of the world even on cloudy windy days is beautiful and long walks with the dog are an opportunity not to be missed.
