“Excellent - location, facilities, accomodation”
Reviewed 24 October 2017 for a stay in October 2017

Staying here for 2 weeks - in our second week at the moment. Not a hiccough. Beautiful home, everything you might need & even some extras - 5 TVs! Great location about 500m from the nearest beach & shop. Next to the Craster Arms and across from a bijoux coffee shop? Sound idyllic? It is.
Nice & quiet but for bird sounds - there are a number of crows nesting at the top of the drive by the church.
This is a lovely unspoiled corner of the country only 2 miles walk from Seahouses and about 5 miles from Bamburgh with the amazing castle. Beautiful clean white beaches, rolling waves & grassy dunes.
Lots of helpful contact from Julie the owner prior to arriving - helped us feel secure in the booking.

Fantastic week again!! Ths was our second visit and we wil definitely be back! Everything was just as you would wish, clean, comfortable and relaxing. We and the dogs loved both St Ebbas Peep and Beadnell itself with the cholice of eateries and fantastic beach walks!! Thank you also, Julie, for all the people and dogs treats - they were most appreciated!!

“Super cottage in pleasant Northumbrian coastal village”

Cottage in a great position for 3 different restaurants, a village shop and scenic coastal walks. Suitable for a disabled person in the downstairs bedroom. Well-appointed with comfortable furniture and beds. The showers could have been a bit better, but there is no gas in the village so electric showers are necessary.
The owner is very helpful, and provided a lovely welcome pack to start the holiday.
Certainly a place to recommend

Stayed at St Ebba's Peep for the 4th time in 2 years - instantly feel at home as soon as we arrive! Our stay this time was to celebrate the marriage of my daughter at Newton Hall and the cottage was a perfect base in the days leading up to the wedding and a few days after when we were able to chill and relax in this very comfortable cottage in beautiful Beadnell. As well as the usual goodies Julie always leaves for us, she left a lovely wedding card and very thoughtful present for my daughter and her husband to be - as well as a bottle of bubbly! Thank you Julie - perfect wedding base for anyone getting married in this beautiful part of the country - we'll definitely be returning x

“Fantastic cottage and lovely area”
Reviewed 4 April 2016 for a stay in March 2016

This is a lovely cottage right in the heart of Beadnell which is a lovely village with 2 Hotels/Inns and one restaurant, a shop and a fish & chip shop. Had good meals in all but the Beadnell Towers Hotel got our vote for the best. Had fantastic walks with the dogs and family on the beaches and we were made very welcome with a good bottle of red wine, shortbread and biscuits and also treats for the dogs which they loved.
Would definitely recommend this to others.
