Read previous reviews only commenting on the food. Visited last week ate here on two ocassions and the service was brilliant staff were very friendly and the food was exceptional. If you want a proper Steak this is the place to go. Couldn't fault anything at all.

After last years dissapointing visit to the Arms, i have to say that over the Jubilee weekend we visited twice and both times, despite the busier than usual beer garden, the food, drink and service were back to how it used to be.

We will be back in August-keep it up

Went to this pub for a light snack one afternoon. Had a lovely tuna mayo sandwich and a pint. Couldn't have asked for more.

We've stayed in Beadnell a number of times, but have only visited the Craster Arms for meals and a drink - we have never stayed there. Most recently we visited a couple of times during a holiday in early May. The Craster Arms bar is a no frills sort of a place, but we've always found it to be friendly and pleasant. The food is fairly ordinary but reasonable. There is a regular menu and a number of specials. Vegetarians will always find one main course on offer. We found service to be pleasant although it really can be slow on a busy night. I would recommend the Craster Arms just don't go expecting fine dining. Settle in for a relaxed drink or two and an OK meal after a day of walking or sightseeing when you don't feel like cooking if you are in self catering accommodation!

Called at the Craster Arms a couple of times during our stay in Beadnall. Nice beer garden outside and dog designated area just inside.
The Black Sheep ale was great and the food nice - crab sandwiches recommended.
Nice staff, no complaints.
