“Lovely lunch”
Reviewed 16 August 2014 via mobile

Had lunch with my Husband and two sons. Had the goats cheese salad yum! Both the kids demolished their pasta/fish and chips and my husband also enjoyed a salad followed by home baked scones. Really lovely fresh food. Will be back.

“Very envious of people who live near enough to go regularly”
Reviewed 4 August 2014

I only get to go once a year on holiday! Stumbled upon this place last year and had a fabulous lunch there, went back this year and it was every bit as good (a bit better, actually, as we had a table with a view this time). The food is lovely ("best burger I've ever had," said son number one), the twice-cooked chips are to die for (maybe it's a good job we don't live nearer...), staff very pleasant and friendly and service was fast, even though it was incredibly busy. The desserts on the specials blackboard always sound gorgeous - but so far l've been too full to eat one. One holiday l'm going to go twice!

“Average/bland risotto”
Reviewed 3 August 2014 via mobile

Nice little bistro i ordered chicken with risotto, chicken skin not crisp and very boiled looking, risotto un-seasoned and very dry and stodgy. Would not recommend for dinner but i would return for coffee and cake, light lunch.
