Booked a table for 2 adults and 3 kids for 530pm, we arrived ten minutes early and was given a strange look from the lady behind the bar, she was rather stern looking. The restaurant itself is really in the bar area of the clubhouse
There's a good menu and they have specialist nights too Thursday is fish n chips but we all opted for a burger instead, it came to 31 pound and tbh it really was worth it very very nice indeed, unfortunately my 16 month daughter started kicking off so I went for a walk while the others were finishing off
When I came back 20 mins later they were waiting to order desserts so I went back to our caravan, they arrived 10 minutes later and said in the end they gave up waiting and just purchased icecreams instead
The other staff were very very polite and chatty and did say sorry that they never got back to us for desserts, there was however a large family in maybe 10-15 people so I can only assume this was the reason why...we would go back again as it was all home cooked and rather tasty indeed
3.5 out of 5
Not 4 as stated...ps cheer up bar lady!!
