We have been here on several occasions for the Sunday carvery, it's consistently very good.
There was one time the food was not so hot, temperature I'm talking about, they found the thermostat on the unit had faulted on enquiring as to why, anyway that has now been fixed and it was piping hot this week. Iv always said the gravy makes a dinner and this guys gravy should be bottled and sold it's delicious, the meat is great quality veg as it should be, then there is the homemade puddings....great! The pub has a lovely feel when you go in very friendly staff it makes you want to go back, we will be

Beautiful food, excellent service and nice wine
what more could you need

Tip: The starter's are quite large so sharing a starter might be a better idea to those with lesser appetites
