Finding it difficult to choose from lots of delicious sounding dishes, we took the owner's suggestion of the Exotic Mezze for our table. This turned out to be a good choice with lots of small dishes brought out through the meal - the pitta bread stuffed with feta & the houmous were particularly delicious. There was a nice atmosphere in the restaurant & the service was great.

Myself and two girly friends came on trip advisor reviews for a Friday evening meal. The welcome was warm, the service very attentive and the food was incredibly tasty! A lot of walk ins, but was nice to see the place quite full. It is Not a huge restaurant, probably only 25-30 max. Split over two levels. It definitely Makes a change to go somewhere which catered so well for vegetarians, and not just go to my regular Indian cuisine haunts.

We were a bit confused about what each Mezzah menu option included to start and service was a little persistent to get us to order, but I think that was due to us not being too familiar with the cuisine. Gratefully, the owner took our inexperience to Lebanese cuisine and some ideas of favourite dishes and turned out a great variety of Mezzah to start (a lot of hummus so I wouldn't order it as a separate dish), we had falafel, lamb kofta bites, cinnamon green beans, bread and stuffed vine leaves 7 overall. We finished off with veggie moussaka and a mixed grill BBQ with lamb kofta, chicken and steak pieces (for us meat eaters). Also a cheeky bit of VERY SWEET baklava . It was Definitely enough food to get us rolling out of the restaurant. £15 for the meat option for 3 courses. The house white wine was also very nice, usually it's dry and cheap, but this was smooth and full.

Staff were very attentive, and we had a lovely evening. The only downside was sitting near the front door, as it was a little chilly outside, but once in, the atmosphere was very cosy.

Thank you to the staff for a lovely evening, I will definitely come again, though my partner doesn't like hummus

After a warm welcome from the staff we enjoyed a selection of tasty mezzeh dishes freshly prepared and served with knowledge and enthusiasm. We had our first taste of delicious Lebanese wine. Michael, the owner, suggested that we try one or two alternative dishes and even a glass of Arak, a traditional liqueur.

The restaurant is in an attractive old building, cosily decorated, in the centre of Abingdon.
