“Comfort guaranteed.”

We stayed in the large yellow room with double aspect windows, a really light welcoming room. Comfortable chairs to sit & read & drink fresh coffee. Kingsize bed plus TV, radio, DVD, CD player, choice of CDs & DVDs. Large bathroom with bath & separate shower. Bathroom cabinet filled with spares if you forget anything. Garden views, lots of rabbits to watch! Excellent breakfast of freshly squeezed orange juice, fruit salad, poached eggs, bacon, toast & coffee. We ate in the conservatory - lovely. The owner is splendid & even drove us to the pub for dinner & collected us. Fantastic all round, highly recommended.

I have not stayed in a B&B for years but will certainly do so again.
I stayed for 1 night and was on the top floor. I was offered a choice of 2 rooms and chose the smaller one that had a lovely view of the garden. My room was very comfortable with a bathroom immediately next door.
I was made very welcome on arrival in fact the 2 friends who dropped me off were invited to use the sitting room in the evening , if they wanted .
Breakfast was cooked to order and was excellent. I refused more toast which I was told was a pity as the jams were homemade.
I would return if in the area again.

Lovely big rooms, big bathroom with shower and bath, and such a warm reception.
We had biscuits and coffee when we arrived in the garden. The breakfast was excellent, fruit salad and poached eggs with grated cheese (a house special) and bacon also tasty cafetiere coffee (also in the room which is a nice change from packets of instant). I had the purple room.
Lounge available to guests with huge sofas, loads of books and a DVD player.
Our hosts couldnt have been more welcoming and helpful (we got a lift to and from Le Manoir) and recommendations on visits and a pub for the first of our two evenings (we had booked Le Manoir for the second). Heartily recommended.

Room Tip: Unfortunately I am a light sleeper and the M40 is quite close.Rooms on the north side would be quiet...

Stayed at langsmeade house for 2 nights with my boyfriend and his parents as we were attending a family party nearby. Pleasantly surprised on arrival as the house is beautiful! We stayed in the purple room which was lovely and big, the tray contained chocolates, coffee, a selection of teas and bottled water which was restocked the following day! The bathroom was very clean and had all the basics very handy if you forget something! Breakfast was amazing, the big bowl of fresh fruit was delicious, would 100% love to stay again but for longer!!

Welcoming owner who drives you to and from Le manoir if you have a meal booked there. Massive rooms, very grand and special. Big garden and tea and biscuits in the conservatory on arrival! All
Very clean and well furnished. Large amount of choices for breakfast and was delicious! The fresh fruit salad, cooked breakfast and coffee was brilliant. Less than 10min drive to Le manoir, and Thame just down the road too for a visit to a nice town! Excellent value for money ! High recommended! Kat and Sam

My husband and I stayed here with friends for three nights and had a wonderful time. It's a gorgeous house, beautifully furnished, and the family are excellent hosts.
When we arrived we were greeted with a pot of tea in the sunny conservatory. The rooms are all spotlessly clean and decorated in an Arts and Crafts style. Our bedroom was large with a very comfy bed. Breakfast is generous and delicious (we became hooked on the "special" with Old Amsterdam cheese).
Our host drove us in to Oxford whenever we wanted to go in, and was friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back.

I stayed here for six nights and was delighted by the experience. Accommodation is of a very high standard with comfortable beds, hospitality trays and the whole house is beautifully furnished with many interesting artefacts to look at. An elegant breakfast served in the wood-panelled dining room was exceptional in content and presentation. The location, just off the M40 motorway, is excellent for transport links. The landlady, Marianne, was very welcoming without being intrusive. The surrounding gardens were a delight to behold and the only minus for sensitive ears is the constant drone of the motorway traffic, but I found I quickly became accustomed to it. Two dogs are in residence so not a destination for non-dog lovers. I have no hesitation in recommending this bed and breakfast to anyone wanting comfortable accommodation in a rural setting, close to Oxford and Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons at Great Milton. Give it a try - I am confident that you won't be disappointed.

Room Tip: Request the en-suite bedroom on the 1st floor.
