This hotel more than met our expectations.
We were made welcome on checking in which was done efficiently and quickly.
Our double room was spacious with plenty of room and storage. The bed was very comfortable with good quality linen, duvet and pillows. The double hanging wardrobe contained wooden hangers and had a drawer underneath for more storage. A nice added touch was a dressing table with ample power sockets next to it, and a powerful hairdryer. Another added welcome addition was bottled water.
The en suite was compact but had a powerful shower, a decent sized sink with a shelf for storage and a lighted mirror. Everything was spotless.
We ate dinner here in the evening and found it to be exceptional value, with a good choice on the menu and specials board. The only downside was that they had run out of roasts but that was minor as there was plenty of other options to choose from.
There was a good choice of cereal and yogurt for breakfast and the cooked breakfast was delcious and cooked perfectly as ordered. In fact it was one of the best breakfasts we have eaten. We were left to eat at leisure and it was nice to relax over breakfast.
Everyone from the manager to the cleaners were polite, friendly and welcoming.
The only slight downside is that there is traffic noise which cannot be avoided. This did not bother me and my husband used ear plugs! Also I would take a shower cap as the shower is quite high so advisable if you don't want to get your hair wet!

Room Tip: We had room 7 which was at the back and this helped a bit with traffic noise.

Overall decent value for money. The accommodation is distant from Bridgwater and bit dated.
The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service, together with the exceptional standard of food provided.
We used this place as an overnight stopover for our journey through the southwest, so we only spent a limited amount of time there, but our overall outlook on this place is positive

An overnight stop as the Venue is quite isolated, but a great place, huge rooms, bright and clean and the Manager on duty Lee was extremely friendly and helpful - Thanks you.
Breakfast was nice and hot and the usual for such a Venue but could not fault it.

This is certainly one of the best value for money places I have stayed in.

Room Tip: A room away from the main road if absolute quiet is needed!

Booked two rooms for one night. The other hotels on the road were fully booked, this one had lots of rooms available.
Now we know why.
I think it was the worst night sleep I have had all yead. The bed was very hard and there were only two thin pillows for the double bed, no spares to be found.
The bathroom was small and grubby.
Breakfast was served in the bar, a reasonable choice, but we were squashed up in a corner. We expected a choice of pastries, but there were none.

Room Tip: There are none, but I guess the rooms at the back are a little less noisey

I have booked a family room for 1 night for Thursday as a part of my 4 days weekend bank holiday trip. It was last year. We have got nice and large family room. I think it was quite new or just after renovation. Quite clean, I couldn't find to much dust, except some corners but overall was clean. The family room was at the back so we couldn't hear any noise from the pub. We have paid £43.64 for 1 night so it was quite cheap. The breakfast was not bad. However all fried on deep oil so the food was quite greasy.
I definitely recommend this b&b for anybody and if am around will come back there next time for longer. Great b&b and thank you to all staff at Admiral Table for nice staying!

Room Tip: Family room quite large and nice. Located at he back of the pub so no noise from the pub.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting my son who lives in the area. We were allocated room number 1 which was a good size with a comfy bed, excellent bathroom and fabulous shower. We ate lunch in the restaurant after checking in which was lovely.
After a good nights sleep we went down for breakfast which was superb! Full English with toast, cooked perfectly. There was also a choice of cereal, yoghurts and fresh juice.

Some reviews on here claimed the staff to be unhelpful,we found the opposite! Everyone was so lovely and nothing was too much trouble! Special mention for the new manager and Jason who went out of their way to make sure we were happy :)

Next time I'm visiting I will definitely stay again!
