Very disappointed with the food, I couldn't actually eat the lasagne. Rock hard cheese on top which tasted cheap and not melted, the sauce was flavourless and not enough so was rather dry, and the garlic bread that was served with it was clearly frozen and bought in. The owners are really nice, they just need to work in the menu and old fashioned decor and the way they present the food.

Was our first time going here and we just fancied popping out for dinner somewhere one evening. The staff were friendly, and our meals were delicious. We ordered the steak and it was perfect. I am pretty greedy but even I could not manage to eat my entire meal! I was so full after. Can't wait til the next time we go. Was really well priced too.

Went on a weekday when pub was quiet, Landlord was friendly & helpful. There were a range of light bites for lunch at £4.95 and sounded good. We both had the Chilli Con Carne from the Mains Menu, which was meaty with a good taste and a good sized portion. Good food at sensible prices.
