Perfect base for Longleat 20 mins down the road. The rooms are always comfortable and clean. There was a slight noise outside our room this visit however between 11pm-11.30pm, we think it was possibly a stag do as we could see people decorating cars in the car park for a wedding in the morning, so it would make sense. But other than that slight noise at 11pm we had a good nights sleep for the rest of the night.
We ate an evening meal in the onsite restaurant which was delicious, fantastic choice and friendly staff. Also enjoyed the Premier Inn breakfast with all the usual favourites hot and cold. Food was delicious for both meals and catered to a fussy 5 year old too!
We will be returning to this Premier Inn again when we next visit Longleat.
My self and my fiancé stayed here at the weekend as we had planned a trip to Longleat safari park (which was amazing and highly recommended).
The staff were very lovely and friendly on arrival however we did not get the guaranteedgood night sleep due to the noise down at the outside area of the beefeater which is joint onto this particular hotel. I can honestly say I never slept a wink! Will not be staying here again.
Thanks for your review.

Avoid, room temp 28c, no ventilation, problem been known for 14 years, still nothing done. Outside overnight temp 16c. Television volume was disabled above 15, so not able to hear above whir of the 3 fans. Best of luck claiming refund. tried twice, computer said no.
I'm very disappointed to hear of the experience you had. I can imagine how unpleasant the heat must've been and this certainly isn't what we'd expect for our guests nor is it our usual standard. We cap the TV volume for the consideration of other guests but I can appreciate the annoyance.
Rest assured, all comments have been passed back to the hotels management team for them to have a further look in to this. We wouldn't want our guests to have to endure that heat again so thank you for taking the time to share your review. If you would like to discuss this further, please do so with our Guest Relations team. You can contact them by calling 0333 003 0025 (option 1). You can also submit your complaint/feedback on our website via the 'Contact Us' page and a member of our Guest Relations team will get back to you within 14 days.
Please accept our apologies for the experience you had. We'd hate to think that this would make you think twice about staying with us again but please have confidence that this isn't our usual standard. We take all complaints and feedback very seriously so thanks again for bringing this to our attention.
We really hope to see you again soon.
Not up to usual PI great standards on food - Had a meal deal for Monday and Tuesday including evening dinner - Monday 4th June - Slow service and delivered cold food - Tuesday 5th June perfectly fine. On Monday food was sent back to the kitchen but no compensation was offered. For some reason, there was no shaver socket in the bathroom or room - my razor had turned itself on in my bag and needed to be charged. Had to borrow an adapter from another guest to plug into 3 pin wall socket
