A lovely converted barn in a perfect spot to explore Exmoor. The hosts were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The property had everything you need for a self catering break, and the farm grounds and woodland were lovely to explore. It was perfect to sit in the garden in the evening enjoying the scenery and listening to the birds and animals. Our little dog was extremely happy to be greeted every day by the friendly farm dogs.
We would definitely book again!
We stayed at Honey Cott in September this year after deciding to have a staycation with our two dogs. Right from the word go after contacting the booking agent we were made to feel at ease and the booking and associated payment went extremely smooth. We were contacted by the family and given clear and precise instructions of how to reach the farm, along with a menu of food that could be ordered in advance. Twice we chose the BBQ pack which was lovey and fresh with beautiful meat. The accommodation was just like home from home with everything we needed, extremely clean and comfortable. If there was anything missing we were told to ask in the farm house and they would sort it for us. Home produced honey was also available which was amazing. Our dogs also found it good as they were not caged in a small area, they were allowed to run free in the cottage garden. The farm dogs also made friends with ours each time we went out. Lovely area to explore and sightsee.
Would certainly rent this accommodation again if we were going to stay in the U.K.in that area.
Many thanks to the family for making us feel so welcome.
