We eat here regularly as we always know the food and service will be amazing. So many other pubs struggle with consistency but not this one.
As it was lunchtime we decided to try the burgers and they are definitely some of the best we have ever had, along with the best chips ever.
We will be back again soon.

Not a bad wee place. Food is really tasty, fresh, arrived quickly and the children's menu is superb. £75 for a family of 5 (main, dessert and drinks - no alcohol) which is reasonable. I'm pretty sure staff will never win a customer service of the year award as there was a great sense of shyness and awkwardness from the girls serving which is a real shame as the potential for this little pub to rise from good to great rests on this.

We called In on a Monday lunch time after hearing some good reports.
The staff are lovely, they have a good selection of real ales but more importantly the food was excellent.

My boyfriend and I called in early evening after a few friends recommended it. So glad we did, the food is fresh and cooked to order, so obviously a little more than pub grub prices. Only one small request balsamic or olive oil with the fresh baked bread would have been lovely. We shall be back again with our children as the small peeps menu is so not junk food.

It added to what was a great weekend.
