This was our first visit to the 3 Horseshoes at Barton. We had friends visiting and we booked lunch here on our way to The National Memorial Arboretum.
The restaurant is small but the tables are well spaced and comfortable, with a friendly atmosphere. The staff are welcoming and very helpful.
The food was first class, very well presented and served quickly and efficiently. Forget about the usual large pub chains this knocks them for six. Pricing is very fair and given the quality on offer is actually very good value.
We will definitely return

Wonderful week, Simon and the other staff are very friendly and professional and food was perfect!!! Whatever we asked for the staff were more than happy to help and with brilliant results. Rooms are very nice, clean, comfortable and so nice to relax in. The restaurant is brilliant, very chilled. The front bar of the Inn is also good, perfect little village pub atmosphere. We come definitely back! Great time!!! Thank you. :-)

The Three Horseshoes has a very friendly pub atmosphere with a well thought out restaurant and dinner menu. The staff were welcoming and helpful and the pricing was extremely fair.
Although the room I had was small and rather basic it was clean and comfortable - fine for one or two nights, but any more than this and I would recommend trying for something a bit more Travelodge-esque.

Country pub with friendly locals and staff. Room small but perfect, great shower and comfy bed. Tea and coffee in room. Pub with open fires downstairs, good beers and wines. Enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay there again, Plenty of parking too, We attended a party there and food and (again) staff excellent.

We were so pleasantly surprised by this lovely, spotless little room, in a lovely little pub with a warm, friendly and welcoming staff! Having recently stayed in an overpriced, grim, big chain place, it was such a breath of fresh air to remember what a good experience reasonable price rooms can be. And in particular how kind, friendly and above all accommodating a pub and their staff can be. We arrived in a rush for a wedding and were greeted and taken care of with ease. They knew our booking immediately and took us up to show a choice of two pretty and well presented rooms. Linen and bedclothes were ample, of good quality and clean. En suite was small but functional. Shower was lovely. Wardrobe, bed, tables, drawers all felt good quality and there was a tv that we didn't have time to use. The best bits were the service (as mentioned) and the delicious food! The cooked breakfast was particularly tasty and I would have no hesitation in recommending this establishment to any couples or singles wanting to stay in this picturesque village. I only wish I had been able to sample the tasty looking beers!

Room Tip: Ask the staff!
