A fairly new Curry House right in the centre of Burton. Went once with several friends and keep going back..... The food is excellent with a good choice of both "traditional" and Apne Special dishes, and all are very well presented. The Staff are friendly and can't do enough for you.... the prices are very reasonable and since you have to take your own alcohol (they are unlicenced) the total bill is bound to be reasonable. They do have a modest selection of soft drinks, but if you want something specific, it's probably worth taking your own. It is also worth booking if you are going on Friday or Saturday night as the word is out and they get quite busy at peak times. Finally, the restaurant is right next to two of the better pubs in Burton for real ale (The Coopers and The Devonshire Arms) and they both can supply take out beer in containers and wine . The Coopers is so close (literally next door) that some people actually take in their drinks in glasses and pop out again for refills !
The decor is contemporary and whilst perhaps not to the traditional curry house style )if you like that sort of thing) is nevertheless tasteful and relaxing.
All in all an excellent restaurant.
