“'Great place for a goodnight'”

Stayed one night on a business trip. Good parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was impressed by security doors between floors. After a long day it was heaven to retreat into a warm shower and comfy bed, for a great sleep. Would definitely recommend the breakfast here for the extra cost. Great value for a great service.

Always receive a warm and pleasant welcome

The rooms are what you would expect from premier inn, but this hotel is ideally located

The facilities are excellent and the prices very reasonable

The rooms are very large and smartly kept

Stayed here for one night after a visit to Alton Towers. Little tricky to find ( dont trust the sat nav! ) but were greeted by the lovely manager who was very informative and friendly. Had a family room on the 3rd floor and it was huge!! Could have had a party in there lol. Room nice and clean. Very quiet and a lovely Beefeater with great service next door.

We stayed here, some 25 miles away from where we needed to be due to booked out hotels in the Ashbourne and Uttoxeter area.I have to say that my friend and I were most impressed with the friendly service , the cleanliness of the room ,the freshly cooked breakfast in the Beefeater opposite and most of all the price /value ratio. This would not have been my first choice but pleasantly surprised
One tip, ( and it is known by the hotel) the Sat Nav Post code will take you into an industrial estate about a mile away for the post code ,SO DO use your eyes and when you see a big Beefeater and Premier Inn sign you have arrived and ignore the Sat Nav, ( we did not ) .

We have just returned from 3 nights at this Premier Inn and like our previous visits everything was great. The rooms are comfortable, clean. Beds are comfortable and the showers are great too. Staff are friendly, welcoming and polite. The hotel has a Beefeater restaurant located next door. There is a Morrisons Supermarket across the road where you can stock up and it also has a petrol station so ideal for filling up the car too. We will definitely return to this hotel in the near future.

Stayed one night but had a good experience - staff were friendly, good parking and the hotel was easy to find (although not by postcode!). Very clean and tidy, difficult to fault and very good value.

Although I did not eat dinner in the next door Beefeater, the breakfast was excellent.

We stayed following my daughters wedding reception the staff were helpful in dressing the room beforehand. Exactly what you expect from a Premier inn. It is difficult to find their postcode takes you to a nearby housing estate. The receptionist on our first enquiry before the wedding advised us to use the Morrisons postcode. That doesn't help either. Very good parking.
The beefeater next door we had a family party approx 40 stayed and had pre-booked breakfast. We had confirmed this with the restaurant beforehand. Our table of 3 rooms were very dissapointed with the service and food. I am getting similar comments from family and friends unfortunately some consider a connection to the hotel.
