We have just spent the weekend at this hotel, with 38 other guests, I organised a get together for Army Pals.We had been corresponding by e mail since March and Nigel and the staff here were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble , the rooms were very clean, the food was excellent and they also catered for those who were not to keen on our chosen set menu, providing another alternative. Nigel himself presided at our Dinner making sure everything ran smoothly. We could not have wished for better service. There was also ample parking for everyone....

So a big thank you to all concerned.....

After booking the Three Queens I was not sure what to expect due to the special price of £120 (+ £20 for executive room) for two nights dinner bed and breakfast (Friday and Saturday nights). However we were met by the friendly smiling receptionist who showed us to our room. Checking in was straight forward just the decision of the morning paper or what time should we take our tray of tea or coffee and orange juice. Unusual nowadays even in the best known hotel chains. The friendly staff continued into the bar and restaurant where the food is to die for! Varied choice of dishes on the special menu or £17.50 off the price if food ordered from the A la carte menu. A trip to the restaurant is a must if in the Burton area. Overall a 5* experience for the cost of a roadside overnight room. A must do before the owner realises his mistake.

We have two group trips a year consisting of between 20 and 30 people. This has got to be the best hotel that we have found to date and we have been doing this for 20 years now. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The food was very good and both the hotel and the food were very good value for money. I have already recomended this hotel to friends who may like to visit the area in the future. My only little bit of advice would be to get some local beer on tap into the hotel, this is brewing country!!
