This hotel had the friendliest welcome and staff that I have ever experienced. They really went out of their way to be helpful. All areas of the hotel were spotless and the hotel in general seemed very well run. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and if required, individually cooked fresh to order full english. Even the gardens and outside landscaping was well tended. I really think this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Before booking this hotel I considered the Holiday Inn and Hilton but they were full. Next time I will try to book here first. I would definitely use this hotel again and wholeheartedly recommend it, especially to those with children. They were very child friendly.

Pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was, comfortable and clean. Very friendly staff, especially Sarah who checked us in, how nice to be greeted by such a happy smiling face!
We had a family room, which was great a single and a double bed, much better than a bed settee. I would definitely use this hotel again.

I stayed at this Premier Inn when it was recently converted, whilst back in the area I thought it would be nice to go back and see if I recognised any faces, couple of faces still around Sarah (Now on reception).

The hotel is not at all as I remember, dirty staff not friendly Breakfast was terrible what has happened.

If anyone is still in touch with Jim or Nick (Managers on my last visit) please tell them to return and put things right

Room Tip: Don't stay here

I was staying at this Premier Inn for a very critical last game of the season football match in League 2 and I have to say it is one of the better Premier Inns I have stayed in. It looked new and yet, homely at the same time. Even the view outside the window had much greenery, when normally it's either a car park or other buildings. The room was very comfortable, as you would expect. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful too. Very good food was served in the adjoining restaurant and the service was first class. I would highly recommend this Premier Inn.

Room Tip: At the back is quieter.

Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, it was quiet would stop again. On the downside we booked breakfast with the premier inn and had to go to the pub next door for it. One of the worst buffet breakfasts we have ever had!! Cold coffee, raw hash browns, funny looking poached eggs and greasy mushrooms!!! Staff were not interested in complaint and to charge £8+ for that breakfast was a joke. No disrespect to the staff at the premier inn though.
