A warm welcome from the proprietor who showed me to my little room on the ground/courtyard floor. (I knew it was going to be a small room just for 1 person). It was a warmish day and the fan provided just about managed to keep us cool. The bed and pillows were VERY confortable. Bathroom small but adequate - but I think I had the smallest room in the B+B We had a great walk along the canal just a few minutes away and there were several pubs with outdoor dining ideal for people with dogs. Breakfast was very good with excellent friendly service - I went for the more traditional eggs/sausage/bacon (being an expat) but the egg and fish dishes I saw people ordering looked good as well. Lovely romantic setting (if that is what you are looking for too). A reasonable sized pool that must be fun if you have the time to relax..

We stayed three nights 29th July in room 7. Beautiful spacious and comfortable. Nice touches like a fridge in the room water. Wine glasses and corkscrew. Such friendly people in a beautiful setting. We loved our little stay for our 39th wedding anniversary. Will definite go back again and use this as our base to visit more places in the area. All in all a wonderful stay. Big Thank you to the owners and staff for making us so welcome

We stayed here for one night as we were attending a wedding at Packington Moor. This guest house is tucked up the end of a quiet residential road leading onto a narrow country lane. It is in a lovely location overlooking fields with tables and chairs outside to enjoy the scenery. Our room was small but extremely comfortable with a good sized ensuite. The breakfast was very, very good. Generous portions and cooked fresh to order so was served piping hot. Definitely worth a return stay if we are in the area again.

Enjoyed our brief one night stop-over here. Had a room in the main building which was big enough for 2 of us. It is quite dated décor and not to our taste but is clean and the bed comfy enough.

Breakfast was standard fry up with cereal and juices.

Swimming Pool did not look appealing as it is right next to guests dining area for breakfast and looked a bit grotty on the windows.

For a quick stop over in the area it does the job but I think it is a little overpriced for a stay of any length. However, the owners are lovely and for a traditional (if a little old school) B&B, it is pleasant enough.

We have just arrived home from a stay at the wonderful Oak Tree Farm. Words cannot describe how truly beautiful this place is. More importantly you are made to feel completely at home, as though you're part of the family. Accommodation is first rate with THE comfiest beds ever and Jean's brekkie certainly lived up to expectations. The heated indoor pool was a brilliant way to spend an afternoon too. A great find & somewhere we will certainly visit again. I would highly recommend this "home from home" in beautiful unspoilt surroundings.
