Good value break if you get a deal.. Great area to stay in as its surrounded by shops !!Very large Marks and Spencer and John Lewis.
Snowdome next door, bowling and a lesuire centre. Just 5mins up the road to Drayton manor. Hotel clean, staff helpfull, breakfast basic but it's free. Free wifi in reception.

booked purely on price and distance to thomas land, but we were nicely surprised with the hotels cleanliness, modern look and feel, breakfast is also very good considering its callled a free breakfast, sausage, egg and beans along with toast, cereals, yoghurts and fruit and pastries.
but its greatest point is its proximity to tamworth castle, drayton manor, snow dome and swimming pools, and walking distance to town.
all in all made for a very enjoyable couple of nights

Brilliant location for Drayton manor , clean and ample size rooms for family of five .
Shame no food available on weekends had to drive around to find somewhere nearest frankie and bennys was a 45 min wait for table and then an hour wait for food after a long Drive we just couldn't wait that long so opted for KFC :-/
Hospitality tray was sufficient for myself and partner but as always nothing for kids not even a biscuit .large secure carpark you have to pay a pound every time you exit but we didn't mind.
Excellent hotel in general just wish there had been on site food

A great hotel very close to Drayton Manor, so our reason for choosing it, didnt realise the Snowdome was so close - we will definantly be back and spend more time at the snowdome as this hotel was so convenient. We found the hotel easily and had a very pleasant checkin and checkout as staff very helpful. Parking was good value at £1 per exit.

Rooms where clean, tidy & neat. We ate a meal on our first night and it was good, not a great choice and no childrens meals. Breakfast was not so good able as we had to wait 15 minutes for a table and when we queued for the breakfast, most items had been emptied and took ages to be replenished. We constantly had to ask them for items, spoons, white bread, milk, sausages, scrambled egg, glasses for juice etc I understand it was a very busy morning for breakfast but the same happened the next morning when they had opened up a meeting room so you had more tables & chairs available to sit at but not enough staff to clear or replenish items.

Still a great location & we wont let this put us off going back again.

It was a bank holiday Saturday; we arrived early as we had a wedding to go too. We had previously telephoned to ask if we could be early. They pointed out that it was a bank holiday and it was full. On arrival we asked for an early check in, we were informed that they were full, so no. we went into the town. Just over the footbridge and you are there, just a couple of minutes. When we returned we were informed that our rooms were still not ready. Again we explained that we had a wedding to get too. We were allowed to check in 25 minutes after the check in time. We stood there while others came in and were given their rooms immediately! This is not good!
The rooms are lovely and the shower is worth the cost of the room. The food was ok it was very busy with timed sittings for breakfast. It’s in an ideal location even though you have to pay for parking every time you go in or out. Its only £1 but every time you go in and out!? Staff were rushed off their feet and had no time for idle chatter, or even to tell you were your room was, food was or how to get in after midnight. (The doors were wide open). Over all the room, shower and breakfast were worth the laterooms cost, for the full price I would have expected better customer services

During the summer months our Hotel get's full and sometimes we cannot supply an early check in because our Housekeeping Team need to ensure all rooms are cleaned for the next Guest to arrive.
