“A gem”

Lovely church, worth a visit. Someone was playing the piano/organ when we visited which added to the experience. Admire the architecture or sit quietly and enjoy the atmosphere.

“Great Church”
Reviewed 20 October 2013

This is a great little church. Well, not so little, but not so big either.

It's beautiful and peaceful inside.

If you go during a sunday service, the people are friendly and the Vicar is warm and welcoming.

“visit the crypt also the double-spiralled staircase”
Reviewed 17 July 2013

A Norman church built around a saxon church

Beautiful stained glass windows.

It has got one big Norman arch inside.

Beautiful organ.

The crypt used to be a boiler room, in other words it was a heater.

The bodies were kept down there, heads at one end, bodies at another.
