We stay here for 1 night on Sunday, and had a lovely stay staff very pleasant and helpfull, room spotlessly clean with a big bath and plenty of hot water, we were in the Table Tale side of the buildings next to the lorry park and experienced NO noise at all.
The room was hot, but they had supplied a fan, which we kept on, aswell as the window open.
Table Table was very good and not expensive, we had evening meal and breakfast there.
Over all a very good enjoyable ditsy, I wish we had booked 2 nights.

Great for familys with loads of local ammenities 10 mins to the park
Nice clean family rooms. Good for 2 adults and 2 kids. Could squeeze in 2 nippers if they are small enough to bunk up . Food at the table table resteraunt is good & reasonable. Better than staying at spitfire or hurricaine way if you are going to the park.

We stayed here for our daughters 18th birthday as a base to be near Alton Towers - arriving after a long journey we were welcomed and found our 4 clean and comfortable rooms. We had an evening meal which wasn't the best, however we were served by 2 very welcoming young ladies who couldn't have been more helpful - therefore we felt no need for complaint about the food. We had a restful night and a fab breakfast to set us up on our day ahead at Alton towers which was just 20 minutes away - would stay again and that is the opinion of all 11 of us who stayed here - thank you

We used Premier Inn as a base for two days at Alton Towers, as it is in very close proximity (about a 15 minute drive away from the park).

We stayed in room 8 for one night, and we were very impressed overall. The rooms are lovely, spotless and there are lots of utilities, such as a hairdryer, kettle and lamp. There was also coffee, tea etc but we didn't use this.
The bathroom was very clean and there were ample towels, as well as a soap and shower gel dispenser which was a nice touch.
We also learnt that breakfast and dinner was available at an extra cost, but we did not have time for this.

Whilst the room was fantastic, it was not without fault. The mattresses were not overly comfortable, and the fire alarm had a light on it which flashed all night. (Only a very small light, but it meant that I couldn't sleep facing upwards). Whilst these are only small niggles, they stopped it from being perfect accommodation.

Overall, we were very impressed by Premier Inn, and are likely to use it again next time we visit Alton Towers. Thanks!

Stayed in a family room for 2 nights. Room was clean with a double bed & a camp bed & sofa bed. The double bed was comfy was lovely having a duvet, room was ample with a kettle, tea coffee. Bathroom was clean though towels were hard & the room was very hot. Breakfast was included & children eat free. There was great variety at breakfast & plenty of it. We ate in the restaurant but it was busy & a long wait for a table. We booked a table for the next night but again a very long wait for food. The main reason for choosing this hotel was the location for Alton Towers as it is only a 15 minutes drive to Alton Towers & is a lot cheaper option than staying in the resort. We will definitely use this hotel again when we next visit Alton Towers

2 nights booked for a family of 5. This Premier Inn is in 2 buildings, and we were on the ground floor of the building attached to the pub. It had been recently redecorated and was immaculate. When we arrived we were slightly before the advised check in time of 2pm, but the friendly receptionist nipped across the car park to see if our room was ready. It was so we were allowed in. Our room had 2 single beds made up and a travel cot with sheets provided, and there was still plenty of room for us all to move around in. All in all a great stay, and would definately stay again for our next Alton Towers trip. Location is great (although next to a noisy road the windows are triple glazed) and there are a Starbucks, Spar, Subway and KFC on the same site. The Table Table restaurant was disappointing (see separate review) but 30 seconds down the road there is a retail site with 241 pub, Tesco, Frankie and Bennies and other stores.

Room Tip: Main building is a bit further from the main road.
