“Wonderful Weekend”
Reviewed 29 June 2014

Last minute booking and everything went smooth. Called the hotel and was greeted by Matt who was helpful and well versed. Arrival was simple and straight forward, rooms are pristine and comfortable. Service from Matt was again was more than we ever expected. Breakfast was pleasant and well stocked, did need more cups for coffee though. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend.

I stayed at the Premier Inn Camberley along with 13 of my friends to celebrate my birthday at Royal Ascot on June 13th 2014. I would like to say the staff each and every one I had dealings with regardless of position were excellent, nothing was too much trouble, the hotel was clean and the food was good as I am sure it is with all Premier Inns, but I am also sure you'd be hard pressed to find better sevice anywhere, they are a credit to your company. Thankyou one and all.Mrs Judie Heard.

A lovely hotel, very fresh and clean.
You know what you're getting with the Premier Inn, however this was a particularly nice hotel.
The staff were extremely friendly and polite.
Breakfast was lovely....as always.
You have to use the Euro Car Park down the road, but it's only a five minute walk, if that, up the road.
Lots of restaurants in the area so plenty to choose from for a good night out.
Highly recommend this hotel....and on this occasion it was cheaper than the Aldershot one where we were seeing family.

Stopped here on the way home after visiting Harry Potter World (fab, go there!!)

Very warm and friendly welcome.
The manager extremely helpful in assisting us to book in using their automated system as the receptionist was busy.
Rooms are technically of a uniform standard but I have to say this particular hotel was of a higher calibre than is usual. Very clean indeed.

We had planned to go elsewhere for food but all day at HP World had tuckered us out so decided to try the restaurant at the Premier called the Thyme Restaurant for our evening meal. We did not regret this in the slightest!
Staff were extremely polite and very helpful. Joe was our waiter and Dan was the chef. Both were fabulous in making us welcome and added to the whole experience.
The food was wonderful. This is what we had:
Starter - baked camambert to share - absolutely wonderful
Main - steak x 1 and hunter's chicken x 1 (both cooked exactly as ordered) with mushrooms, onion rings, salad, chips, grilled tomato, coleslaw (home-made).

Would have stayed for pudding but quite frankly we were too full.
However, we did see some of the puds being delivered to other tables and almost changed our minds - they looked fab!

Breakfast - buffet style until 9ish and then waiter/waitress service. It included all the food that was available on the buffet but now cooked to order. Don't be afraid to ask for seconds as they're fine with this. The only reason they alter the service style is that it gets quieter after 9 and they don't like the food hanging about...brilliant idea.

ALL the staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful. Very Highly Recommended.

* The hotel that was part of the Harry Potter package (which IS convenient) was the HiExpress at Watford Junction. However, having experienced the quality available at this Premier Inn we would opt to stay here and travel the 90 mins (AA route planner will tell you 45 mins but if the M25 is backed up it will be nearer to 90) to HP World.

Room Tip: Don't choose anywhere else!!! Book one here.

We stayed here en route to a family wedding and the accommodation was fine with a good 'all you can eat' breakfast. Rooms clean, good bed and not noisy, except for the Air Con fans on the floor below, which ran on and off all night, and pumped out heat. However with the window closed, not a problem, once you had got the tempreture down to a realistitic level.
HOWEVER... THE CAR PARKING IS A PROBLEM.... THERE IS NONE.
There is a tradesmens car park opposite which comes available at 6.00 pm and is full of locals ' in the know' by 6.05pm! After that you have to use a multi story 10 mins walk avay, or run the over active traffic wardens who seem to have this site on there regular prowl, so beware and take no chances. Pity but you have been warned.

Room Tip: Avoid the side over the Air Con fans!!

The parking wasn't that close and it was a bit of a walk to get there down the middle of a high street. Parking aside I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is clean, quiet and has friendly staff.

The breakfast is expensive but of a high quality. I would and will stay here again.
