    Good Property at East Croydon

    The Hotel located opposite the Croydon Magistrate court and very close to the East Croydon Station. The room is clean and good. Wi-fi available on the rooms and at the Lobby. The breakfast is good with decent varieties.

    Desperate need for an overhaul

    Good service ! Like the hotel it just needs a complete overhaul ! But the breakfast is good and it has a gym of sorts ! Good location and the beds are comfortable ! There are better hotels in the area !
    The gym is tiny and badly equipped but as it's free for guests it's not so bad ! The bar is well priced for drinks but not for food ! It's more of a 3 and half star hotel at best but the staff make up for the 1990 decor !

    Great rooms good service

    After very dirty disappointing room at the Hilton , we stayed instead at the park hotel , great rooms, we had a deluxe double,clean free wifi , good breakfast in our room .great service at front desk from Mr Kashir !

    Comfortable stay

    Very Nice room in newly refurbished one. Buffet Is ok too but not amazing. Handy for London without the big price tag. Would recommend to stay for business. Staff are excellent too. Stayed there 3 times now.

    Croydon Park Hotel

    Excellent location as this hotel is very close to East croydon Station. The staff were very friendly. I did sleep very well at the hotel. If you are looking for a short stay and want to be able to get into London then this is a good choice.
