“One of my favourite places!”
Reviewed 9 January 2013

I have visited Hampton Court Palace many times and never tire of it. It is so full of history and atmosphere, you can just imagine the Tudors wandering the corridors and this is helped by the wonderful actors, especially King Henry!

The grounds too are beautiful and the maze is great fun.

It is so easy to get to from London and you can even do a river cruise just outside.

Christmas is an excellent time to visit, they have the Henry VIII's kitchens open with demonstrations of Tudor cookery, there is entertainent in the great hall and fool shows in the courtyards. All in all a great day out.

I will be going back again very soon!

“Great day out”
Reviewed 8 January 2013

Educational, fun and inspiring. A full day out if you want it with the palace itself and the gardens. Make sure you have plenty of time to see it all.
The HRP year pass is great value if you are fairly local.

First time at this magical palace, made all the better by being there at night. Brilliant guide, plenty of mystery and fairly priced too. Would definitely recommend and will return to see the palace in daylight
