“Great house close to London”
Reviewed 13 July 2014 for a stay in April 2014

We stayed a midweek at Sunnybank house and we had a great time. The house was decorated very cosy and comfortable, it's very clean and we found a nice welcome-packet in the kitchen. There's a parkingplace right in front of the house and the trainstation is only a 5-minute walk away. From there the train takes you in half an hour to Waterloo station! To discover London it takes more than a few days, so we surely hope to come back!

“A home away from home”
Reviewed 3 July 2014 for a stay in June 2014

My family and I returned to the UK for the first time after several years in Australia and booked Sunnybank for the week we were in London. Upon arrival we found a very clean and comfortable townhouse that catered for all our needs. Only 25 minutes drive from Gatwick, 15 minutes from the M25, and 1 minutes walk from Ewell West train station it is ideally located. Complete with all mod cons and free wi-fi the whole family was happy. Ewell visit is very pleasant with parkland only a short walk away; and the larger town of Epsom is only a short drive. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation and hope that if you stay there you appreciate it as much as my family and I did.

“Comfortable, clean, roomy and well-situated base”
Reviewed 2 July 2014 for a stay in June 2014

We stayed here for the second time in June 2014 having made our first visit in September 2013. We were happy to return to this quiet, comfortable and very well-appointed house; clean and welcoming. It is ideally situated for the Ewell West station and travelling up to London, and also for forays into the Surrey countryside. We would certainly like to return!
Our only gripe was absolutely nothing to do with the property - on the day we left which coincided with dustbin collection, someone had sneakily added their large collection of empty wine bottles to our dustbin under cover of darkness - so we had to fish them all out and put them in the right container!

Clean, well-appointed house with all that you could need for your stay. Ideal location for trips into London or the surrounding countryside. Proximity to transport and local shops is very convenient. Owner has thought of everything and all transactions were smooth and efficient. Highly recommended.

“Great House”
Reviewed 16 July 2013 for a stay in July 2013

My husband and I and our two children ( 6 & 4 ) stayed at Sunny Bank house in July. The house is in a perfect location for visiting Legoland, Chessington Aventure World and only 2 mins walk to the local train station to catch the train into London. The house has a lovely south facing back garden and is well equipped and very clean through out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend to others.

“Our family holiday”
Reviewed 3 July 2013 for a stay in June 2013

We were a group of six, and finding suitable accomodation was a challenge, especially in the Epsom area close to relatives. This property fit the bill, with three bedrooms and two main baths on three floors. Food shopping is realtively close, with small shops across the main road and food markets within easy driving distance.

The ground floor kitchen was large and well equipped, with more than enough space for a large table. We easily fit 9 adults around the expandable table, with room to spare. The 1st floor lounge was comfortable and bright, with a good sized TV. The 1st and second floor bedrooms (1 ensuite) were well decorated and clean, with a large tub and shower in the main and shower in the ensuite. Instructions to the use of the facilities were easily available.

Since the weather was a bit rainy, we did not spend a great deal of time outside, but the garden was well appointed, and woukld have been very pleasent had the sun been out a bit more.

The townhouse was very a convenient less than 5 minute walk to the train station, which provided easy access to London 30 minutes away. While the train was close by, there was no apparent noise to be heard.

Al in all, this was a very nice place to stay, and, should the occasion arise in the future, we would happily return.
