“WARM WELCOME, WARM BED, WARM BREAKFAST”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 October 2013 via mobile

Lovely receptionist, chatty pleasant and helpful( where do premier inn get these people?) great room big bed, had a restful sleep, BUT, the breakfast experience was terrible, cooked breakfast was only warm, the breakfast counter had run out of butter, tea mugs, apple juice and the automatic toaster must be powered by a Nuclear Reactor, all the toast was blackened. I stay at lots of Premier Inns and the breakfast is always either very good or very bad, they just need to sort the Brekkys out here, would stay again though.

This is there promise and they keep it. I have travelled a lot and never been in a wider and more comfortable double bed ever. The room was spacious and reasonably priced for London at £235 for two nights (albeit the £29.99 rooms advertised never seem to be when I need them). The staff at reception and room maids were excellent and very helpful. I heartily recommend this particular Inn and look forward to trying more of them.,

Room was spotless and very friendly staff, the bed was to die for and didn't want to leave.Pub next door looked very nice beautifully decorated and had a very good menu however when we had breakfast it was very disappointing, went for a full English couldn't eat sausage it was rock hard and the mushrooms were swimming in grease, didn't have much of selection like other premiere inns. Would stay in inn again but would avoid breakfast.

Stayed for two nights whilst visiting family. As always the rooms and beds are very comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is located on a busy road my room was quiet. As I only required B & B didn't get trying the Thai restaurant for a meal but the menu sounded delicious!

Stayed here for a mid week break as we didn't want to stay right in London. Rooms were exceptionally clean as was bedding. Train station about 5/10 mins walk down road and train straight in to Waterloo station which took us 15 mins. Staff were brilliant there was a new guy who hadn't long started on night shift as my daughter become unwell with asthma and sickness, he couldn't do enough for us clean bedding making sure she was ok. We had breakfast in the pub next door which was nice and plenty to eat for whole family, I would definitely stay here again was well impressed..

Room and hotel usual good Premier standard. Staff very helpful and cheerful. Last time we stayed here there were no eating facilities so used excellent cafe down road. This time stayed b&b. Breakfasts were a disaster. Long waits for cooked food, happy shopper yogurt and teabags, thick heavy mugs or coffee cups, dirty cutlery, dirty serving tables and a waitress who could not speak English. Next stay we will be eating in the cafe.
