“Excellent stay”

Staff were friendly and helpful from arrival right through to our departure. The room we had was spacious, clean and comfortable - well worth the money and convenient for our overnight stay. We would certainly visit again if in the area.

We stayed here for three nights over Easter for a break in London and had two rooms. We were with our sons aged 12 and 16. On arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful, they arranged for us to have adjacent rooms. The rooms were very clean, tidy & quiet. You could not hear the traffic from the nearby road or any noise from other guests. Rooms were cleaned each day by cheerful staff who did an excellent job.

Breakfast in the adjacent pub was good. Cooked to order, tasty & hot. The buffet was well stocked with plenty of muffins, etc. The staff at breakfast were also cheerful and helpful.

We chose this hotel since it was a short walk (10 minutes) from Stoneleigh station, with frequent trains into Waterloo. This worked well for us travelling into London each day with a reasonably priced train ticket including a Zone 5 Travelcard.

Overall we had a great stay and would certainly use the hotel again for a weekend break near London without paying London prices.

Room Tip: See if you can get one at the far end of the corridor, furthest from reception then you wont get peo...

This is a good hotel, I would recommend staying there. Make sure you turn off/down the heating so that it doesn't click on and off during the night when your trying to sleep. Also, the extractor fan takes about 15 minutes to turn off once you use the bathroom.

Stayed only one night, needed to get into room a little early to get ready for the wedding we were going to. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, advised us where to go and have a bite to eat in the pub next door for lunch, let us into the room early so that we could get ready for the wedding. The room was lovely, bed comfortable and clean. Extra coffee and tea making stuff available upon request. Had breakfast the following morning in the pub adjoining the hotel, which was very nice.

Highly recommend this Premier Inn, exceptionally clean. I felt very safe and secure at night, travelling by myself. The staff where very accommodating, helping me with my luggage up the flight of stairs.

We stayed for one night in this premier inn. It was our first visit and we found the staff to be very welcoming and friendly. There is a Thai restaurant attached to the hotel. We had a meal there with two other friends and the food was excellent. The staff members were attentive and efficient and everything we had was of a good quality. Highly recommended.
