Reasonably priced admission.
Visited with my 16 & 11 Year old, who both found it interesting for a while.
Lots to see, lots of Bird flying displays, hard to fit it all in.
Children's zoo a must for those with young children.

The kids loved the gift shop.

Plenty to see and do for ALL the family, worth going into Garden Centre for food, give yourself time to see it all.

Birdworld is an enjoyable day out. Apart from the wide range of birds on display there is also a "farm" section where you can see many different animals e.g. rabbits, goats, reindeer. There is also a small underwater world with aquariums.
The penguin section is very good as you can get very close to them and there are feeding sessions. Although we went in January practically everything was open and the tickets were slightly cheaper than the seasonal price. There are also play areas for children to break up the day. One thing to bear in mind that the paths in farm section are not concreted like most of the park and can get muddy so our buggy's wheels got a bit dirty so if you have pushchairs or wheelchairs bear this in mind (obvious I know as it is a farm section but thought I'd mention it),
Would recommend this and kept my two young children occupied for an afternooon.
