We had a family gathering of twenty people to our daughter's home in Farnham. We usually stay at a local hotel but could not book two consecutive nights. My daughter found this beautiful little gem close by. We were made so welcome by owners Diane and Don and were given a key for independent access to their cottage. The double room with en suite was very comfortable and spotlessly clean reached by a quirky spiral staircase. As keen gardeners we appreciated the beauty of our surroundings and on our return in the evening we were welcomed by the aroma of their wood burning fire. After a hearty breakfast we spent both days with our family, but would have loved more free time to wander through the cottage gardens. We will definitely stay again and recommend the Twynax to our family and friends.

Room Tip: There was just one other room available which had twin beds and also en suite facilities. A very qu...

My partner and I were fortunate enough to stay here over the Christmas holiday and were so pleased to discover such a gem. We were made to feel extremely welcome by our kind and friendly hosts Diane, Don and little Dixie (great footie player btw!), despite it being the holiday season. The cottage is absolutely charming, set in a rural idyll yet close enough to walk to town. Our room was very pretty and spotlessly clean with a fabulous ensuite bathroom. It really made our stay in Farnham, so all credit to D,D and D- many thanks! Eileen and Edward.

We stumbled upon this fabulous bed and breakfast whilst trying to find somewhere decent to stay in Farnham. It is a real find, excellent hosts, comfy rooms and a great breakfast. The grounds are a delight and the starlit walk back from the pub is an adventure not to be missed. All in all this is first class establishment doing a wonderful job in the area.

Charming B&B in a beautiful period house run by very friendly couple just outside Farnham. Room was very comfortable and there is the use of a TV in communal sitting room downstairs. Full English breakfast was a treat. Tea facilities in room, we had an en-suite bathroom and room was spotlessly clean. Would defiantly return and recommend to anyone needing to stay overnight in Farnham.

I noted the negative review before booking this b&b but discounted it because it was in isolation.

I was proven correct. This is an absolutely charming period b&b just 5 minutes stroll from the very good Bat and Ball Pub and is 'picture post card' stunning. 'Bags of room' to park the car in off road car park and 10 minutes drive to nearby Farnham.

The double room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and the en suite was perfect. We had a wonderful breakfast, beautifully cooked. The breakfast table was set to 'fine detail' and the visitor lounge was a delight.

Don and Diane were most helpful, gracious and friendly hosts and we would have no hesitation in both recommending and returning to this excellent country retreat.

My daughter and I spent two nights at Little Twynax and it was a delightful stay. We stayed in the twin bedroom en suite and both were spotlessly clean and well appointed, including a hair dryer. Diana, Don and Dixie were very friendly and most helpful. Breakfast was tastely and graciously presented each morning. The home is story book cottage over 300 years old but with modern comforts. Definitely recommend this idyllic cottage not far from London.

Room Tip: Ask Diana about the Pub within walking distance. Don will provide a torch if you come home after dar...

Little Twynax is a place taken from Wonderland. An absolutely romantic retreat with the loveliest and kindest of hosts, Diana and Don and, not to forget, sweet and crazy little dog-girl Dixie. Just great.
