“Pleasant woodland walks”
Reviewed 20 February 2013 via mobile

Went for a walk on the trail paths and as expected encountered plenty of mud and trees. Very quiet on this route at this time of year so was lovely, we look forward to returning when it is warmer and dryer

“Building work has shrunk the park”
Reviewed 18 February 2013 via mobile

The big investment in new buildings is great to seem for the future, but at the moment it has impacted the park. The park could do with being made larger not smaller, but also the addition of play equipment for older children (8+) would be good. Some new paths for cycles are a good addition, but the car parks could do with the potholes filling in. Remains a family favourite but not at its best whilst the building work is going on. Lets see what it's like in the summer.

“Lovely walks in the Forest and great play areas for kids”
Reviewed 11 February 2013

Went with our 3 and 1 year olds. They both loved it. The play area with pirate ship is great and there are other play areas to be discovered too. Not sure about the little wooden fort though as my 3 year old got a bit scared and it is tough for parents to navigate!

“PIcnics Cycle rides forest”
Reviewed 10 February 2013

All good outdoor fun with routes through forest take care on how far you go and make sure you have enough puff to return to the car, picnic and fun, also ahs a go ape there but we havent used that, like to keep feet and wheels on the ground.

Always take our friends with children here. Great space, walks and good for general letting of steam.
