Good place for walks, bike rides, have a go on the go ape. Great for kids of all ages and families, new toilets and a café so you can get refreshments. Always busy lots to do and explore.

Lovely to walk the trails (includes part of the Shipwrights Way) cycle, Go Ape, picnic or relax with friends and family. Recently updated facilities and helpful staff. Good café (some things a bit pricey!) Ideal for children to let off steam exploring. There is so much to do here, that it's worth getting a yearly pass. Wonderful!

We had a lovely day at Alice Holt Forest. The weather was amazing, what a beautiful and peaceful walk into the woods.
My advise is to go as early as you can especially on the weekends to find a parking space as it took us 30 minutes to park.
Highly recommended especially for kids

Pricey parking but well worth it. Great play park with wooden ship, house, boat, crawling tunnel. Masses for various ages. Short walk in woods and three is a fun tree house with several steps up to top level and peep windows.
Natural lovely place and you can hire bikes.
Food in cafe is good basic tea type fodder.
