We have been to prezzo many times and there hasn't been a problem but this December we went to go and have a meal after a very stressful day everything was fine up until after the main course one of the waiters,at top speed, took away the olive tray that is when he spilt it all over a present to one of my Australian friend that we very rarely see the bag of the present was covered in olive oil luckily not the present it self..... BUT that's not it he also got it all over a mulberry handbag that they have stopped doing now it was very expensive I got this bag from my 79 year old mother for my 50th birthday! The man didn't know what he had done after he had clear the olive oil from the table he took away my sons pasta which contains tomato sauce that's when he spilt tomato sauce on my sons 11th birthday present Ralph Lauren had also stopped doing this shirt after 5 washes it still had not come out the they didn't Evan think about taking something of the bill after this disasters meal!!!!!

Very busy at Sunday lunchtime, service ok but our pizzas had to be sent back as they were barely cooked. Much better on their return. Staff happy to help, not cheap though.
Nice building and lots of choice.

Really great venue in terms of having a private room for a small group (we had about 12 of us). However the service was slightly manic / confused (drinks orders being missed), the waiting staff were a little bossy (or the nice ones struggled with English), and the food was a bit up and down. I had the meat balls which were lacking in flavour and texture, but others really enjoyed their food. Maybe the lesson is just to avoid meatballs! Fairly well priced, and a reasonably extensive menu - but be cautious what you choose.

Just had an evening meal on Friday night here. The good bits, really nice old building, nice food. The bad bits, really rude waitress, when I said to the manager they said oh yes she can be rude and blunt, well guess what, will not be going there then again if that is okay for customers to be treated like that? We eat upstairs, again really nice atmosphere, but crammed in like sardines, and very very hot. I think if you ate downstairs with a different waitress it would have been a quite nice experience. Shame.

Prezzo is one of those chains that we have rediscovered recently. They are great value for money and the food and service is for us now consistently good so we will keep going back.

Farnham was great, we went for lunch and it was buzzy, very good service and the meal was of a high standard. King Prawn and baked mushroom starters, a VIP Pizza to share and Truffle oil Fries (amazing!) with a tomato and red onion side salad.

If you havent tried recently then do, for us its moved ahead of Pizza Express and no less than Zizzi and other non Italian High St brands - very impressive and with the old Sevens wine bar a favorite 30 years ago in this building in Farnham, this was a great visit
