We stayed here for one night as a getaway from the hustle of London and this place was a perfect pick! Friendly Marion greeted us and made us feel most welcome. The spotless self contained flat has a simple charm about it and has everything and anything you could possibly need. A gorgeous outdoor area has a table and chairs and you are also welcome to the garden furniture in the larger gardens. The gardens are truly stunning and Marion and her husband have very hard in perfecting every inch of their grounds. We found the B&B slightly difficult to locate so don't travel here at night. There are many shops and mini- supermarkets about 5 minutes drive away and if you don't fancy cooking we highly recommend bayleaf Indian restaurant- superb food. For the price - this was a steal!

Fabulous setting, absolutely amazing. We stayed in the self contained flat. Great hosts - Silvio drove us to Cain Manor for a family wedding - en-route we got stuck behind a horsebox in the lanes - chaos - not for Silvio, excellent navigational skills and before we knew it we were there. Ideal stay for Cain Manor, accommodation very well presented, bed very comfy, bathroom spotless, great birdsong awaits you as you stir in the morning along with a hearty breakfast. Marion is a superb hostess, Cannot recommend this highly enough. Thank you, Marion and Silvio, for a very memorable stay.

We paid for two nights in the self contained flat to attend a wedding at Cain Manor. This is by far one of the best bed and breakfasts we have stayed at, not only because of the excellent facilities but also the owners, Marion and Silvio, couldn't have done more to make our stay a good one.

The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable, we felt like we were on a mini-break as supposed to a stop over for a wedding.

Silvio met us from the road because our map from Google was pointing to the wrong place - best get some directions from Marion or Silvio before you go. Marion greeted us with a freshly made pot of tea and a huge smile.

The location is perfect for Farnham and surrounding areas and the gardens are beautiful.

Big fans, very likely to book again, brilliant value for money.

This was a truly enjoyable experience. Marion's B and B is simply outstanding, one of the VERY we have ever stayed in, and there have been many! The apartment was superb, every little comfort and amenity had been thoroughly thought through and we lacked for nothing. We could happily have remained there engulfed in most glorious woodlands and Marion's (and Silvios' ) fabulous garden for a very long time. Delightful hosts who offered us the warmest hospitality one could possibly hope for. Enchanting and inspirational, .... And the breakfasts, wow,...difficult to surpass. We shall certainly go back ..and hopefully for longer.

Marion is a lovely person, who looked after us brilliantly. Good laugh and very accommodating, as a B&B landlady ought to be.

Rooms were excellent, breakfast top-notch and would very gladly return again when nearby. Pretty easy to find and not far from town for pubs and restaurants.

My friend had a flat tyre, and she gladly offered us the use of a compressor to re-inflate the tyre to make it to a repair centre. Brilliant.

Would definitely recommend.
