I went to the Umberslade Easter reopen day with a few friends and had a great time. We are all early twenties and had such fun climbing around the adventure courses. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. There are a lot of activities for all of the children who were having a wonderful time, and such beautiful surroundings. Will definitely be returning and will be recommending to friends and family.

We decided to have a family Day out to Umberslade Adventure. This was our first visit to this attraction. Today was the Oping Spring Fair so we excepted it to be busy. We arrived 15mins before opening and once parked a short walk to the entrance was greeted by smiling friendly staff who explained what was happening and were.
There were additional craft stalls, in my opinion they were a bit expensive but on saying that you didn't need to spend any money with them.
The Easter Egg hunt was great fun for both us and the kids. Also very reasonable craft activities if the children wanted to take part like painting/decorating your own small bird box for just 50p.
The kids spent ages running around the forest and playing on the low ropes/commando course.
We arrived early so did not have to wait long for the Zip wire and climbing tree. I did notice as the day went on there was quite a wait for both of these, but it was the opening event and you would expect that at busy times there will be a wait. Lets face it you can only get one child at a time on these.
We took a picnic which is more than encouraged, you eat all round the site on numerous picnic benches and also in the large marque. There is a canteen van also serving hot/cold drinks as well a snacks.
The management have also decided the the entrance cost now includes the Water Zorbers and the Archery - these were previously an additional cost. We paid £15.00 for a family of 4 to get in.
It was well attended today but except for the wait on the Zip Wire and Climbing Tree there was plenty of open space for all.
Overall a great day out for a small cost. Will defiantly be back. Although we did stay for the whole day (5.00pm) I guess 3-5 hours would be an average visit??? still great value.

Was overall disappointed with the place.. Half the staff didn't have a clue what they were doing. Parking was terrible the attendant didn't leave enough room to get out so we was stuck on the field! Adults should not be charged as it's not for adults anyway it's for the children. We didn't even step into reception and the man said that's £15 then which came across as very rude!! Nature trail is terrible and the courses will keep kids entertained for half hour at the most.. Definitely needs to add more to the place and zorbing and artery should be included for the price you pay.

Hi, thank you for comments and attending the grand re/opening.

Firstly we apologise for the car parking, we had over 400 people on the open day so parking had to be managed and cars were parked close together.

All the activities are now included in the admission fees, all the activities are available to adults too. We are currently the only place in the midlands that we know of that you can just turn up and have a go at so many great activities including- Archery, 140m zip line, tree climbing, water zorbing, low ropes course, commando course and toddlers area coming soon.

All this for just £5.00 for adults & £4.50 for a child.

I hope this answers some of you comments.

Hope to see you again soon.

Kind regards,

Sebastian.

My son had his 6th Birthday party at Umberslade Adventure on Saturday 5th April 2014. We chose the venue after being recommended it by friends who visited it last year. Although we’d never been ourselves, the fantastic reviews on trip advisor and the photos sold it to us!

We wanted something a bit different and UA certainly ticked all the boxes. We opted for the army party and it consisted of an army truck ride, zip wire, low ropes course and den building – perfect for a group of fifteen 6 year old boys and girls. The staff were amazing with the kids and the communication throughout with Sebastian and Emma was great - they even let us visit a few weeks before the party to see the set up and our sons were allowed to have a play on the low ropes course and commando course. I cannot recommend it enough – a perfect place for kids to have the upmost fun! They are holding an open day on Saturday 19th April – well worth a visit!

Thank you to all the staff for making this a very memorable, fun day for the kids and parents!!

We had a great experience at Umberslade Adventure from start to finish! We arranged it for a 7th Birthday party. We were recommended by a friend who had a great time. All communication was by email which was with Sebastian and Emma who were prompt with replies and provided good information. The kids loved the party, the best ever! The theme was Army, even though it was mainly girls. We were met at the entrance and guided to the venue. After painting their faces with camo paint, we went for a ride in the army truck, with mum and birthday girl in the front. We did zip wire, commando course and low ropes. The children got really muddy, but were having so much fun. The staff were friendly and professional and did all they could to make sure that the day was perfect for everyone. One of the birthday girls had a broken arm, so couldn't join in, but was made to feel very special. Food was basic, but exactly what the kids wanted, sausage and chips with cupcakes to follow. There was plenty of food, so no need for tea when the kids got home! All in all parents and children had a great time `"best birthday party ever" was the rating from all the kids I spoke to!
