Entrance signage inadequate as situated on a very large and busy island. Quite a dangerous right turn, almost immediately you arrive on the approach road, complicated by a joining road on the left. DANGEROUS!! Car park is full of pot holes as has been stated by others on Trip Advisor. My room was a bit worn out and dated. Could do with an up-dating make-over, as well as in corridors, etc. Friendly welcoming staff in all areas. Restaurant good enough for a budget hotel.

From the moment I arrived to the second I left the staff treated me as if they had known me for years. I travel a lot but I have never felt so welcome as I did at Nuneaton Premier Inn. The food was superb, if you don’t mind a little wait when they are busy, mark the restaurant manager was so accommodating and Andrea on reception was an absolute delight. Well done to them both.

Room Tip: rooms above the restaurant are more quiet

Stayed here on business the place was ram packed, very popular, I suppose because it is close to M6, be careful when parking your car as the spaces are very, very tiny, the carpark is full of potholes so drive slowly. The welcome was good and the manager was quite cool and confidently booking people in. The premier inn is what you expect, it is like going into a McDonalds or Asda all the same layout, it is a little tired and in need of refurbishment but other than that it was good. The restaurant is a beefeater again packed out and need to reserve a place (which the manager of the premier inn kindly arranged for me). Basic food, but a severe shortage of staff, people waiting for 10 to 15 minutes for a drink at the bar, I ended up walking away and ordering my drink with my food, more staff required at busy times please.

Room was fine - very clean, spacious and comfortable. The whole hotel seems a little bit tired and probably in need of a refurbishment, but it probably gets a lot of use! Again, the service at Premier Inn is so good - the receptionist here was run off her feet; but so friendly, efficient and helpful. Premier Inn really get their customer service right in my opinion.
A couple of negatives - the car park was full as it was partly flooded and the adjacent Beefeater had an offer night. It meant it was hard to find a space. It was also very dark and full of pot holes. Evidently it needs some work.
I did not eat at the Beefeater. Due to the 2 for 1 offer, there was no chance of a table.

Stayed here when we celebrated my sons engagement. .just what you'd expect from a Premier inn. .good service, clean rooms..we had room 8 which is at the back of the hotel and was quiet. .my dad had room 9 which was at the front on A444 so quite noisy, breakfast was plentiful and nothing was too much trouble. .all the staff were very helpful. .Alison on reception was lovely..made us very welcome. .booked a taxi which was on time but unfortunately failed to turn up to take us back to the hotel...
All in all a pleasant stay.

Friendly staff but poor building facilities. Not up to basic standards. Window doesn't close fully. Shower tap broke off. Mirror Light not working. Car park has more potholes than anything. Will not be visiting here again.
