The hotel and room were clean and warm and the staff were friendly and engaging. All at a great price for the stay. Just what we needed for the one night stop on route to our destination. Breakfast was taken at McDonalds which is also on the same site.

Good room for the price, consistent with other Travelodge stays. Convenient location with easy access from Dual Carriageway but not much noise. Only issue was mattress quality on kids beds where you could feel the springs but reception provided additional duvets to use as a 'mattress topper' without question and were very helpful

This lonely looking Travelodge is literally next to a field, accompanied only by a McDonalds and a petrol station. The A45 used to be the main way into Birmingham from London when all we had was the M1 (okay okay I am showing my age now) so it was a bit of a nostalgic trip until it turned out to be a Treasure hunt with the main prize being: "Where is the entrance to this place!". Coming from the east towards Coventry, it's not too bad as you come off the slip road and turn in just past the Maccie Ds. But come the other way, it is a nightmare. You have to come off the A45, do a fairly sharp left otherwise you are back on the A45, then do a right turn and loop around until you are again facing the direction you just came from. Once on this slip road, it's so easy then to just go past the unlit entrance sign and bingo, you are heading back to Coventry and another mile to the roundabout to try the manoeuvre again. I was so tired just getting there that the usual basic facilities looked luxurious for once. So try and check in before its dark! Also they left the windows open so the room was freezing. Facilities were okay for the price and you can look forward to the treat of treats, a McDonald's breakfast. Ronald - you have a lot to answer for!

Room tip: Avoid the woodland facing rooms if you are scared of the dark - there could be wolves in there!

Had 2 rooms and both were clean, adequate and spacious. Bathroom clean and nice hot water. Room was a little cold for this time of year. Only downside is no restaurant but there is a McDonalds across the car park.

Disappointed with this visit. No towels in the room. Appreciate there is no restaurant facilities at this property, but although only an overnight stay, pre-packed Breakfast box (dated use by 31/12/18) had to be collected from reception the following day. Hairdryer handle faulty. No one at reception to feedback to when I left. Room clean. Bed comfy. Not hotels fault as such, but 'Michael Flatley' practicing his Riverdance in the room above was disconcerting.
