Thank you so much for your help you were so kind. The travel info was wonderful.

I hope to see you soon . A great place for ladies travelling on their own. Staff in the restaurant were also really helpful.

Hotel is sited on a main road. Really friendly greeting from the receptionist on duty.Too hot in the room but opening a window was not an option due to traffic noise. The only controls for regulating the temperature were to make the room hotter. Housekeeping not up to much. There was a clump of hair in the plug hole of the sink and no shower gel in the dispenser. Light bulbs out in a couple of places and cobwebs near the ceiling.
Meal in the restaurant was bog standard pub food. Service was hit and miss with the odd waitress interested on how things were and the rest more eager to talk to each other rather than the customers. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

I arrived at the hotel late on a Friday night. I received a warm welcome and given a rundown of the hotel facilities and restaurant times. I purchased a 24 hour wifi voucher priced at £3 which was very reasonable.

The room was quite a walk from reception but was extremely quiet overlooking the car park at the back of the hotel. The room was quite spacious with comfortable bed, chairs and small table near the window. There was a good amount of wardrobe space, Tea/Coffee facilities and a large TV with Freeview channels. The bathroom was fine with a good sized bath and decent shower unit, there were wall mounted soap dispensers.

I slept soundly as the room was tucked away and also the hotel was not too busy which made for a restful stay. The following morning I needed a bus into Wolverhampton and reception advised me of bus 126 which stopped a short distance from the hotel, all this information was spot on!

This is a great hotel with friendly and helpful staff with good parking, on the Dudley/Wolverhamptom & Birmingham bus route and close to Sandwell & Dudley Railway station. I would eagerly stay at this hotel again.

Friendly staff, big room, lots of thought to guest safety, clean, comfortable, quiet, nothing was too much trouble. Loads of car parking. Perfectly acceptable 'pub grub' linked restaurant next door with food that was prompt, well cooked, tasty and did the job. Again, really nice staff. I've stayed in hotels all over the world and this was, surprisingly, one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. It's not a five star hotel but it doesn't pretend to be. If you need somewhere for business around this location, especially as a woman travelling on your own, go for it!

This Premierinn is as good as any I've stayed in. Very clean and comfortable. Free car parking too. I will stay again but next time I will ask for a room away from the traffic as it's near a motorway junction.

Clean, efficient hotel with comfortable rooms. Beds are firm. Quiet despite being adjacent to a major road. Sufficient parking. Adjacent pub/restaurant. Convenient for local conference centre. Business and retail park nearby with restaurants, fuel and grocery shopping. Easy to reach from M5 motorway.
