Cot was provided, beds were all set up ready for our arrival, the quality and price of the unlimited breakfast was superb, and kids ate free! It was clean, modern and very welcoming. Excellent value!!

Stayed here about 5 times now with work, must say staff as i find in all the premier inns i stay in are always very friendly and helpful.
Hotel has 2 floors and is set back off a dual carrigeway, although i have never heard road noise in the rooms when staying here.
Modern pub opposite serves good food ,beer( lager 3 pound a pint).breakfast is in here for the hotel and is made to order not buffet style
There is also a KFC opposite if you fancy that

Stayed in three different Premier Inn hotels recently. It was nice and good value for money. Most of the hotels are new and has flat Flat TV and Wi-Fi. Beds are comfortable. Loved the staying and will recommend others. The last stay in Howgate (Whitehaven), we had little difficulty. One of our room did not have bath shower soap and the electricity went down (planned) at 9.30 so even we bought the breakfast could not have proper breakfast.

We arrived at the hotel after searching for it for an hour. If you decide to go here phone them and ask for specific directions because the postcode they give sends you to the opposite end to a very very long road. When we did arrive we were shown to a room that was away from all the others down the end of a very long corridor into a bit that was older than the rest of the hotel. We had specifically booked with the Premier Inn because of all the promotion of the most comfortable nights sleep in their Hypnos beds. When we tried the bed in the room it was hard as a rock and when we checked it it said nothing about being a Hypnos bed either. My sons bed was a converted sofa bed and creaked and the springs cracked when he sat on it. I was not very happy and went down and complained and yes they were very apologetic and changed the room to another one but it turns out that not all the beds in the Premier Inns are the new Hypnos beds as advertised. The ones in this hotel were from 2011 so 3 year old mattresses, we never slept a wink, there was no air conditioning in the room and the window had a catch on that stopped you from opening it sufficiently to get any breeze into the room at all. The bathroom was nice though, this looked like it had just been renewed. I had booked and paid extra for unlimited internet and was very annoyed that it turned out that it was only limited to 3 appliances and you could only use it one at a time. We were a family of 3 who all wanted to use the internet at the same time. Please read the very small print when booking as this was very annoying after paying extra for something we couldn't use. The breakfast in the Brewers Fayre next door was very good though.

Room Tip: Check that they have had the new mattresses delivered otherwise do not expect to get a good nights s...

We checked in here for a one night stay with our Grandson for a visit to Cadbury World, & we found the room very comfortable but a little bit warm thru the night. The Brewrers Fayre next door was very convenient for our tea & breakfast next day, luckily our Grandson is only 14 & so qualified for a free breakfast. The only downpoint, which I have pointed out on several hotel visits is that there is no shower grab handle to assist getting in & out of the Shower/bath. There are handles on the side of the bath but none to assist whilst in the shower.

Room Tip: Ask for a disabled room so to get a shower grab handle
