We attended a Valentine's Day dinner dance with Michael Buble tribute act yesterday evening.
The room was so beautifully decorated with twinkly ceiling lights, chairs draped in white covers with red bows, red candles on all the tables and very pretty table napkins decorated with hearts,
rose petals were scattered on the tables. Even with a sold out evening, the food was served quickly and expertly and was piping hot. There was an excellent choice from the special menu.
It was a wild and windy evening but that didn't stop all of us from really enjoying our evening.

Room Tip: We did not stay overnight on this occasion.

Really enjoyed this year's Valentine event - first class meal, staff were really helpful and friendly and eager to please, really enjoyed listening and dancing to the talented Lewis Dixon and had a wonderful stay in the honeymoon suite. This was topped off with a great breakfast.

We had lunch here today as we were visiting Bognor. Staff were helpful and friendly and made a real effort to make our lunch relaxing and enjoyable, helping with our one year old. The other customers were so friendly and kind too. We found this pub by chance and thoroughly recommend it if you are at all near by for a relaxed atmosphere with lovely homemade good food.

It was the last Monday of 2013, it was cold, wet and miserable so decided to go out for breakfast. We don't live in the area but had stayed the night in Chichester, picked my sister up from Pagham and headed for the Inglenook. We were cheered up immediately, warm welcome at reception, warm cosy dining area and a hearty, wholesome breakfast. Breakfast chef was chatty but not intrusive. My sister can talk for England and before we knew it we had been there 2 hours! We had 2 pots of coffee, chatted to fellow diners and the chef who was thoroughly enjoying his morning. We left feeling full, content and valued customers, even the rain didn't seem quite so bad....
