Apart from the rooms, the service is rushed, only one hour for dinner and the restaurant was understaffed. Whilst I stayed there, I was informed that the hotel does not offer lunch. This is appalling. What hotel doesn't offer lunch? The bar is closed during the day and the only drink you get is a cup of tea or coffee during the day. I came to Bognor Regis for an experience. The only experience i got was outside the hotel. This used to be a good hotel however, I am disappointed in having only 1 hour for dinner and breakfast apart from Sunday, the day I left! In future I will go elsewhere, i hear that that The Russell Hotel and The Beachcroft are highly regarded as good hotels. They even offer the option of lunch....
