We have been going to this restaurant for years, each time we go to Littlehampton.
The food is always excellent. Great attention to detail is given. The roasts are great.
Such an effort is put in to make it taste just like a very well prepared home cooked dish.
We have never had a bad meal there.
The staff are smart and well presented. The tables look good too!

We went as a party of 5 ages ranged from 6-85. For a two course meal you are looking at 25pound per head...no separate kids menu they just have smaller amounts not that my children did but they do like their food. Didn't have any wines so can't say what the list was like, but looked like there was lots on it..
The food was lovely, well cooked and all the food coming out to other tables looked just as yummy..good choice of food not just fish lots of meat dishes too and as it was a Sunday a choice of roast dinners..
Puddings were nice, the cheesecake a bit bland but the crumble was very nice so too was the lemon tart.
Service was good you weren't rushed, however we did wait a long time to be given the desert menu perhaps a bit too long for the children..
We will definitely go back to try some of the other dishes as all looked so good.

Yet another wonderful evening spent at this absolute gem of a restaurant I have eaten here many a time and it never fails to impress, myself and my wife took a friend and his wife for his birthday as they had never been before.
Both the ladies ordered the mushroom starter whilst the guys had the Thai styled mussels and we also ordered the seafood chowder to try between us all of which were very well presented and the flavours were truly amazing.
We all ordered different mains I had the Moroccan styled seafood tagine, and my wife had the pan roasted barn fresh chicken brest, the birthday boy had the fresh Cornish monkfish tail and his wife had the gourmet burger with the triple cooked chips all were very beautifully presented and tasted even better.
Then for desert the guys shared a cheese board with a tot of port each and one of the ladies had lemon torte with fresh cream all very nice too.
The staff were all very smart and friendly with a nice happy smile a truly nice place to spend the evening, will defiantly be coming back and can highly recommend to all who appreciate beautiful food and a very pleasant atmosphere.
