“Surprise in Campbell Town”
Reviewed 4 June 2013

Staying in Ross where there is only one option for an evening meal, we ventured up the highway to eat at Zeps in Campbell Town and were glad that we did.
Zeps is both an eat in cafe-style restaurant and takeaway, though there are separate entrances. In the evening there is a blackboard menu as well as gourmet-style pizzas and pasta dishes. The waitresses are both professional and friendly. We enjoyed our meals, especially the citrus tart for dessert. The recommended wine (a local pinot noir) was excellent.
We will visit again the next time we are in the area.

“Lovely lunches”
Reviewed 2 June 2013 via mobile

Called into Campbell Town on way back from trip to Hobart. Very busy cafe/restaurant. Was full when arrived but a table was leaving and staff member cleared the table quickly and seated us. Extensive lunch menu from toasted sandwiches to large main meals including steaks and pasta dishes. Toasted sandwiches tasty, chips were beautiful. Soup was also enjoyed. Sandwiches came with a serve of pasta salad, wasn't very nice would have been better left off as sandwiches held their own. Received meals quickly considering very busy. Would definitely return. Coffee good too!

“Very Good Food, Very Helpful Staff”
Reviewed 8 May 2013

Dinner for three adults on 27 April 2013 had been recommended by a local (from our accommodation at the nearby Hotel Ivy on Glenelg). The booking was very helpful, as the restaurant was busy. We shared dishes of risotto, linguine and calamari salad, all of which were very good and in plentiful portions. We washed them down with BYO wine supplied by the Hotel. The waiter and waitresses were very helpful, particularly with one of our party who needed mobility assistance. When a "celebrity" from the UK came in to dine, the staff were very friendly and professional with them, the same as they had earlier made us feel special and welcome. All in all a great meal. Except that we were visiting from interstate, we would readily go back another time.

“Great Pit Stop”
Reviewed 9 April 2013

Stopped here on our way from Launceston to Hobart and had a delicious breakfast. Friend had a BLT while I had these scrumptious pancakes. Great location, gorgeous modern cafe/restaurant, with ample parking out the front and across the road. They also had some works by local artists on display and available for purchase which was a nice touch. Definitely do a pit stop in Campbelltown as it's a gorgeous town.

“Nice change from Banjos next door”
Reviewed 4 April 2013 via mobile

Visited here recently on way and way home to Hobart. Was really impressed with the place. They have a huge range of food from takeaway to coffees and cake to a formal evening meal and everything in between. Service was excellent. Extremely friendly. Place was spotless and will def call in here from now on. Had always enjoyed Banjos next door but this was a nicer option
